i get a long error message when i try to join

i get a error saying:

are not signed be a key accepted by this server. To play on this server, remove listed files or install additional accepted keys.

and i removed those files last night and it caused the game to stop working so i had to uninstall then re install both arma 2 and operation arrowhead, i don't know what to do any help would be appreciated
