You've got the beta hooked up incorrectly.

In order to fix this, you need to start with the "Launch ArmA 2 OA Beta Patch" located in your program files folder of ArmA 2.

Next, you have to right click it and select "Properties". Then, you have to have this following thingy after the original code on the "target" section:

-beta=Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\Expansion -nosplash -mod=@Dayz

That ought to solve your problem, or at least it did for me. The combined operations shortcut won't work for some reason or another.

Your right. The beta patch page is asking for a weird logon thing I have never seen before. I have no idea how to get around it but meanwhile, you should check this video

I try to help you and you just shit my face? ok look, If you follow everything in that video ( I know except the part you have to download and install the beta patch cuz the download page is fucked right now) Follow everything else t'ill you can download the beta patch and make sure all is good. Thats what the video is for. Its not just a hey watch this to pass the time. Come on

Download beta from:

http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php

Open it with an archiving program. Yank out the executable. Run the executable.

You should then have the Launch... executable/shortcut in your OA directory.
