My player get kicked because of "unstable connection" what can I do for that?

I was checking it and he had 20-30ms ping. Server FPS were at stable 120 and still he was driving in a car at 60 km/h and the car immidiately stopped teleported to the tree, get destroyed, he died and then he got kick for a "unstable connection".

Not for the first time.

What can I do for this as a server owner?
