Teleported to an ocean

I am wondering if anyone can help me out, maybe a mod can help. I was lying down near one of the sobor towns, experienced a bit of lag and then was teleported to the center of a large expanse of water. No land in sight.

I had just spent about 6+ hours locating, grouping with friends and gathering equipment. I'd rather not loose that progress if possible.

I logged out immediately, but I think it still saved my "ocean" location.

Any assistance at all would be great. I can provide any information you need.
