stuck on one server unable to switch

hi relatively new player here. having an issue where for some reason I'm stuck on one server when playing community servers. I just noticed that it only occurs for servers with populations where the player count font is orange or red. also it doesn't affect 2 servers i had joined before this thing happened. i can still join empty or near empty servers and official ones of all kinds, but every server i click one the biggest tell that it wont let me join it is the mods are the exact same from the one i'm stuck on, for instance a server with a trader mod will have no mod lined up for traders, yet will have the exact same number of mods for the server im stuck on. then i will join the server but it just puts me back on the server that it wont let me leave.

any help will be appreciated and thanks in advance

btw have tried, uninstalling, switching character in game menu, going back to another server and try to go back and forth, uninstalling/unloading mods and restarting, committing suicide in the server I'm stuck on to show them i mean business and want to die, unchecking battleye, direct ip address joining the new servers.
