teeth chattering sounds really annoying

i hated when they added the dry mouth sounds and the teeth chattering seems like its gonna be even worse cause of how often were cold

feels super unimmerisve and distracting for some reason, asmr mouth sounds are gross 

whats next they add wet fart sounds after having food poisoning

Yes, can these extra new sounds be filtered out? They are driving me up the wall here...  My misophonia makes me want to throw the PC against the wall and I keep yelling at my screen for the sounds to shut up. It is a serious problem.
