Game won't start

Just got a new PC, the game worked fine with the old one.
New pc is cpu: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700   2.10 GHz
                           GPU: geforce rtx 3070     

The problem is when i tap on PLAY button on steam it opens the launcher but when im trying to enter a server/ just run the client it loads something from 2 seconds and the game just won't start.
A dayz and battleye apps are on the task maneger and they won't closed unless i press end task.

 

Things i already tried: reinstalll, few times
                                       turned off apps overlay
                                       turned off full screen
                                       turned of steam could
                                       verifed integrity of the games files
                                       there is no Dayz file on my documents, probably because i never played Dayz on this PC
                                       
                                       .. Tried alot of things people suggested from the internet, the problem is still going.
