Server 1275 cant enter 0x00040031

At night after 01:00 Kyiv time, the server stopped loading and gave the error 0x00040031 (as shown on the screenshot). My friends from all over the world and I have the same problem, no one can enter the server.

In addition, over the last 7 days of the game, constant crashes, slowdowns, and packet exchange errors with the server have been noticed (the error is still duplicated by my teammates from other countries). This is especially evident if there are more than 15-20 players on the server.

It is simply impossible to play, if there were freezes and bugs before, now you simply cannot enter the game.
 

- reboot does not help
- reinstalling the game does not help
- changing the server/account does not help
