Cant join official servers

So I just recently tried to join a official server and it gave me an database error stating that I couldn't join the server (tried for all official server)  and there were no problems with customs so yeah asking for this to be looked into (console BTW)

I’m getting a bug saying I can’t join a server because my account is active on another server, even though that’s literally not possible if I’m in the server menu…… ps5

Push the button Connect to last server and immediately disconnect. Go to connect to different server. PS5
