How i can get frostline dlc

when the dlc had not yet been released, it was written that it was given out to everyone who bought Livonia dlc, and Livonia itself became available to everyone.
But I didn't get frostline

not sure about that. Other than that I'd buy it if you really want to. I wouldn't recommend it tho. Sakhal is very mid especially with the recent loot changes. that just my opinion tho.
