Riddick_2K 174 Posted December 7 As in the title: are the sea tides still there? It seems like bullshit, but if you try to create a warehouse with a barrel on the seashore, the tides are important. If you place it too close, at low tide it risks being discovered and visible from afar. If you place it too far away, at high tide you risk no longer being able to access the barrel and its warehouse. To place it "correctly" you must know the tide level at the time you place it. I made references using the "DayZ Community Offline Mode" mod, changing the day of the year and seeing how the sea level rose (or fell) at a reference point that interested me. I tried now, but the sea level no longer changes. Is it a defect of the mod or are the tides no longer working? I read that they have been modified, but I did not understand how.
