I've been playing on this server for a while after buying Frostline,  but have found that the server does not restart when it says it is going to. If I had to guess the server has no automatic restart, but instead is only restarted for maintenance. Is this the case for THIS official server or all? It becomes impossible to play if the spawn point villages have already been looted completely dry, and offers not incentive to find a vehicle if restarts are unscheduled.
