What do you mean?
If you mean that "modders" make better content... that's true... and they don't even have control over the game code, but have to adapt to it.
If you mean that the mod is better... I disagree, it completely distorts the game.
Taking a war game (ArmA2), modifying it to get a pandemic survival game (ArmA2 DayZ-Mod) making it a game in its own right because it's fun (DayZ SA) and then modifying it to return to a war game... Very smart...
But playing directly to ArmA 3, no ?!?
