Is there a way to resolve "Error 0x00040034 - Unexpected Database Response"?

I have played Official Livonia fine for a month but just now I started getting "Error 0x00040034 - Unexpected Database Response" when trying to log onto an official server. (3761 Europe DE, 6am GMT). Are the devs doing something to the servers right now? Anyone else getting this "Unexpected Database Response"?

I have tried five different Livonia 1st Person servers, all give the same Error code response.
