Status Access Vilolation - DayZ crash

Hi All, Ever since the last update, many users on my server are experiencing game crash with "status access violation" error. For some it happens in game and then will happen when they try to log in. Not sure if related, but I'm running the Map Bitterroot.

As for the error itself. My research tells me it's been a sporadic, ongoing thing for years, and so I don't see any clear cause for it or any confirmed solutions provided.

Does anyone understand this error and likely cause or solution?
