Got banned by Game Developers

Hello everyone,

I hope everyone is doing okay. I’m writing because I need help, I got a VAC ban stating that the ban is applied by the game developer, and I’m really confused about it.

I’ve never cheated or done anything wrong. I’m new to the game, with about 162 hours, and I usually get wrecked in PvP, so it doesn’t make sense that I’d cheat.

My computer broke on October 1 because of a motherboard issue. It kept crashing and showing blue screens, so I couldn’t play. When I finally got it fixed, I saw that I was banned without any warning.

I reached out to BattleEye, and they replied saying, “It’s possible that you were actually banned by the game developers, in which case there is nothing we can do to address this. Therefore we advise you to always contact the game developers about your ban first.”

I really think this ban is a mistake, and I’d appreciate any help you can give me to sort this out.

I really hope someone gives the time to help me, this is really frustrating because I was so excited to get my computer fixed and then when I opened steam this popped up. Last played Oct 2, Banned Oct 10 or 11 I think.

Here is a screenshot of my Steam Activity for the past two weeks. If it actually helps.
As you can see I last played DayZ on October 2. My computer was having problems on October 1.

Oct 14 I finally got my pc fixed, opened steam, ban pops up showing I got banned on Oct 11.

 you're not alone, I also got banned October 11, I'm from Russia, if you can solve the problem, let me know, I've tried everything, I wrote to support battleye, but they ignore me
