I had this issue today. my problem is the last time I played was in 2020, when I was stationed in South Korea. But then I decided to download and play with a friend. We played for 45 minutes and basically spawned in and made it to a town, gathered a melee weapon, and logged off. Then I signed on to my Steam account the next day and the message i get is. You have been game-banned. is this because I have switched regions? I am very confused about it

is there anything I can do to appeal this problem?  I already explained this to their support email as well
