thanks for ruining my favourite game

playing on vanilla custom server, not fun at all.

super loud asmr mouth sounds are fucking the most retarded dogshit ever added to this game is all i hear because there is no water in food, eating a juicy human steak doesnt make it go up at all.

sakhal seems cool but i cant fucking explore it cause the water meter is so short it just feels like a constant timer. its a total nag and its not fun to watch it so closely all the time.

sakhal runs like total dogshit on xbox series s, the dense as fuck grass for no reason is turned to max setting but only loads 30 feet in front of you, so your staring at the super low poly snow everywhere.

the loot may have been adjusted for the custom server but i can tell you that anything other than high insulation and you will need a fire or torch every ten minutes, which adds to the annoying timer feeling i mentioned about the water problem. so if coastal loot is anything other than high insulation your gonna be shit out of luck.

as for the new map the snow on the ground being contained to higher elevations makes it feel kind of like a minecraft biome, it feels like small zones of winter and not an honest winter map. dayz needs more urban assets and this feels like alot more of the same pine tree wilderness and brown tundra that cherno already has. namalsk had cool apartment block cities that felt chaotic and violent, escaping to the wilderness with enough gear felt like being the one sperm to get away. sakhal feels more like your stuck to the coast longer and its super boring.

so far im having a really bad first impression and im left with the same feeling the experimental build gave me. that being that im not going to like the direction the development is taking. it feels like artificial difficulty and tedium. Im feeling really forced into a repetitive and cyclical meta playstyle that revolves way too much around vitals and that sucks.

All you can go to modded server so It s easy for you

I don’t think the point was vanilla servers it was the inventory slot count without reworking items first, or not messing with it in the first place. The idea is to survive in this game but take for instance a survival icon subNautica they have different tiers to how difficult it is, dayz allows us to tier it somewhat with paid servers and the freedom boasted servers have for those that don’t wanna fight every 2 seconds to  stay alive but they add changes like this and many others to the game that don’t allow us to make that decision, they care more about the game then the people that play it, Bohemia Interactive should focus more on the players first then the player experience, what do the people want and not just some all, and so what if you have to code or take more time in development, you have the profits and you’ll continue to be successful if you just focus on that. Apple one of the giants in tech the original vision was the customer experience not the technology so it wasn’t sitting down with engineers or developers and trying to figure out technology it was asking people what do you want in a phone, what features should IPhone have, then make the technology to do it. The clothing sizes have sparked a lot of discussion and hatred for this lack in bohemia interactive’s experience. They have time and time had countless issues and that’s to be expected but this is an issue they brought upon themselves and they should have just done a simple pole yes or no and I bet they would have found otherwise. If they put up a pole on twitter and then asked clothes size rework yes or no and then a third option only after items c would be the winner and If I’m wrong I would work for them for a year for free doing any remote job they wished.
