Frostline DLC - Pre-paid

I purchased and pre-paid vis Bohemia Interactive received the "DIGITAL STEAM KEY BUNDLE" code.
In Steam all it gives me is the ability to purchase the DLC again?

In "Bohemia Interactive" it shows as "Fulfilled"?
and the following message:
*Here we send you Steam key, which you can apply for DayZ soundtrack immediately, the DayZ Frostline DLC key will be send to you on 15th of October, to the same mail address.

What gives?
