Grass rendering distance

Rendering distance for grass - its something that game's lacking since it was published. Considering how far one can see by default, its super easy to spot people running on nothing but flat terrain. Not to mention hiding in grass when theres nothing but fields around.

Its time to fix that. Time to make alternative for bush-to-bush tactics. I suggest to implement some new way for rendering grass - lightweight, pretty and believable. Game's default setting is autumn - grass should not be flat by any means.
