I GOT BANNED IN DAYZ FOR NO REASON!!!

Hello!

Today i downloaded dayz first time for long time, so, i logged in a server, after that i logged out, and shut my pc down, then i booted my pc and started the steam app and got massage that i have a global ban in dayz, for no reason, maybe i got ban for downloading some files from internet i don't know, i do not download any cheats, becasue i am a good player, and i never used cheats in my life, and also the other day i got banned in call of duty. also for no reason, so, i don't know what do to, i don't want to play any games on steam, because i am scared that  i can get another ban for no reason, so please, help me out, and unban me please!!!

Vac ban = talk with steam. BE ban = talk with battleye.
