Server Icon is Red it says I am Missing 5 Mods. None are missing...?

Checked every mod in workshop. All are there and working. It said it was Missing 2 Mods and now it is 5 a few days later? Also the Icon is amd has been red. However can still join and play just fine. New players can join just fine which tells me the right ones are being downloaded for them.. Im at a loss. Why cant it just tell me whats going on. Any thoughts how to correct this? Server is Bitterroot True PvE if you wanna search it and have a look. All help is greatly appreciated
