Cannot refill boat fuel cause i lose items in water?

I know exactly what you're talking about. No idea if any changes for it will come in the future. I guess the only thing you can really do in the mean time is instead of pulling up to a beach, search for a pier to dock at and refill there. Pretty risky, but at least it'll get done.

there is one other way find another boat my friends and i were on a boat and saw another boat i backed our boat to the side of the other boat to make a T with the boats got out and it lets you stand on the other boat we refilled the boat
