Disable/Allow/Toggle - F11/Suicide?

Hello everyone.

I would like to know if there is a mod, or perhaps another way, to disable or toggle the F11/Suicide function. I have looked on the forum and Google etc for an option, but all I found was a Mod that gave a 5 minute timer, so that freshies couldn't do it in that time window.
