Lost my character after official update. (Recover lost character)

I logged in with my geared character (played 3 hours before update and exited safely). When I spawned in, I had a fresh spawn. I've been searching online for a while but can't seem to fix it. Can anyone help me with recovering my character?

Server wipe bro?? Me too don t worry...3 geared character lost...i survive for 5 month...im bored...

lost mine too so i guess just tough luck they should have a system where you can reload the server reset before but devs r all assholes dont give a fuk once you have boughtb the game
