Significant Anti-Aliasing Issue with 7800xt

I've been playing Dayz on PC for a while now with a 7800xt GPU, and have been dealing with a significant anti-aliasing issue which causes foliage to flicker and become pixelated. I have tried using AMD anti-aliasing software, updating drivers and changing values in the config to no prevail. I'm wondering if anyone with this GPU has this issue and if there is any possible fix. Thanks!
