I ran into the problem of crashes, I searched the Internet for a solution, but nothing helps
error code 0xc0000005 status_access_violation

There's "feedback" option in a top menu here which leads to the feedback platform. Create a topic there, describe exactly when crashing occurs; is it when you're staring game or logging in and if then where and with what, is it modded or not - all the details. Also don't forget to attach your log file. This 0xCxxx error is not that simple so support group should take a look at it first.
