Has there been any further information or discussion on the Infected Ai and Movement rework?

With the hype of FrostLine DLC overshadowing everything, I feel like this important upgrade has been lost in the shuffle.

Infected redesign I feel is one of the most important things that should be tackled along with migrating DayZ to the new ENFUSION Engine.
