Player connects to the server but gets stuck in a circle

I've had a server without mods for about 2 months and this problem rarely occurs. It happened to me once, but I only solved it by reconnecting to the server. This time, it's happening to a specific player constantly.

The problem: when connecting to the server, the player gets stuck in the middle of nowhere. You can only move the camera, but the player can't interact with anything. You can open the inventory, but you can't interact. The server logs show that the player connected normally.

Has anyone had this problem?
