Why doesn't Bohemia just add some sort of ID to every spawned in item, kinda like that item having its own unique hidden name and if it was to be duped one of the items gets deleted considering there is 2 of that item with the same "ID"

Maybe it's not as simple (or resolutive) as it seems in words... anyway, great question. A very useful thing would be if @merropa93 asked this question to the developers and reported the answer in this forum. Also because it seems to me a question already asked but, if I remember correctly, still without an answer.
