black screen on server launch

okey so for the last two days i have had this problem

i can not load into a server on dayz pc modded or vanilla it just black screens 

if i load via steam it will blackscreen and say dayz is not responding and then after a while it will force close the program 

when i launch via dzsa it wil freeze my entire pc while in black screen and then force a pc shutdown 

i have deleted all mods 

i have verified all files a bunch a times 

i have even wiped my pc and set it up as a new pc. redownloaded and still does the same thing i am new to pc gaming and dont know much but it has to be something with the game because all other games work fine
