How do I spawn cars and not vanish at restart

Searched the net far and wide, and can't find out how to keep admin spawned vehicles after a restart.  Could someone please give me a hand here?

are u using vpp admin tools? and in your mpmissions/YOURMAP/db/types.xml search offroad for humvee and hatchback, sedan and civilian sedan and truck. just thos vehiles not the parts, change the <lifetime>3</lifetime> to <lifetime>3888000</lifetime>
