After listening to runningmanz going on about the amount of rain on Livonia I thought it would be great if you could have a kagool for when it rains! This could be a clothing item that you can wear in your armband slot that only ever allows the rest of your kit to get damp even in the heaviest of thunderstorms but would take up a fair amount of inventory space when not in use  ( maybe 3x3 or 4x4 ) it would need to be very brightly coloured to make you want to not keep it on. It would save you stamina in wet conditions and make you think about inventory usage as well as being a realistic solution to precipitation! 

You could also increase the noise of the rain when wearing it!
