"Punchcard" location on chernarus - Military warehouse/other on ground building

Maybe a military warehouse that you could enter with a punchcard only, it would be a new hotspot basically with high end or mediocre but abundant loot, could be any location, for example west of lopatino in the industrial area, would also make some sense as its next to the railway. Another one with interesting gameplay elements would be the vybor industrial area.
