Have I lost my stuff?

So I was going to the options to put it on very low so it didnt lag as much and I accidently hit respawn with a ghillie suit and a DMR anyways when loading back in the server acted funny and threw me out and then I came back in on a briefing screen does this mean I've lost my body?

It's all gone dude : (

That button sucks you just have to remember how bad that button is and avoid it.
