is there anyway to take down barbed wire and tank things

is there any way because i get to buildings and there is wire in my way it always gets me killed please reply.

Find a toolbox, it'll go into your toolbelt. When confronted by barbed wire simply look at one of the upright posts and use your scroll wheel to dismantle it. Haven't tried this with the tank traps but it's probably much the same thing.

Tank traps are the same, but it is much easier to find the correct point which gives you the option to remove it (you just have to look at it).
