Couple of nubby questions :D

Joined the game yesterday and need a couple of questions answered by people who know how to play xD

Is there a way to talk to everyone currently playing the server? and if so how? I'm guessing some servers have that disabled, is there a way to find one that has it enabled?

I noticed Things like (3D:ON) and (CH:ON) on some servers, I don't understand those either. Could someone give me a rundown of what they mean? I believe 3D:ON to mean 3rd person is enabled.

3dp or 3d refers to 3rd person

ch refers to the crosshairs that you get when not using the ironsights/scope of your weapon

as far as talinkg to everybody on the server is concerned: The game allows it (over ingame voicecom and chat - however talking in global voicecom is generally frowned upon and those options might be disabled serverside)

Also giving your position away in global chat is most likely the safest way to get you killed.

Some servers have Side chat on (blue text), where you can talk to everyone. But most don't.
