Infinite black loading screen bug

I have the same problem, can start it manually or with six launcher, first it loads, so im in chrackters screen where you can see all player and click ok, after that it loads again witch a background picture, after that it loads again with a black background, after the loading screen is full it stays there and nothing happens. i can easily tab out and kill the process but nothing else. if theres a solution pls help.

I downloaded arma via steam
