what additional textures does purchasing British special forces and private military company open up?

Ive heard you get more high res textures for the civilian models with private military company, and high res camo with british forces.

Are there any high res textures for any weapons? For instance, would my L85 look like less of a paintball gun if I purchased british special forces?

I just bought both PMC and BAF today and what I've noticed is that on top of the civilian clothes, all the roads and landscape textures seem to be far improved.
