how much time does to take to be whitelisted?

i rented the server few days ago and i already applied for the whitelist with details already. 3 days already, my status is still pending.

They said their new ticket system making their job easier, how ever it still seems like endless waiting of whilelist

Others have been waiting weeks/months. If you look at the stickied topics it clearly states do not buy the server yet, so I am afraid that you are to blame.

You just have to wait your turn and there seems to be a big backlog of server requests.

With the new system it took a day but I got my request in the same day the system went up.

It took me literally 2 hours to get whitelisted they day they came out with the Ticket system on my dedicated server. My virtual server had a hosting company that provided the whitelisting for me instantly when I purchased a server rental.
