Might have acquired less than legitimate items...

So I was in Electro and I ended up axe murdering someone soon after I spawned. To my surprise, I found that they had an L85A2 ACOG GL with 13 mags and an L109A2 frag grenade. Unfortunately, I was later killed by a ghoster, but I was wondering if these items were legit or hacked, it didn't allow me to throw the grenade either.

Simple answer: hacked.

I thought hacked items didn't have descriptions and pictures, which these did.
