Uncooked AKM ammunition

Meat turning into AKM ammo

During my unfortunate trip into the debug plains and over 50k of running, my computer over heated twice when i hit 17k (respawned 30 k out the second time and third)

After logging back in all the uncooked meat in my backpack turned into AKM ammunition. I died from starvation as I was taunted by getting back into the map. Though it wouldn't have mattered, I couldn't eat 13 AKM clips

This happen to anyone else?

I remember one time, I picked up a...something. I forget what it was.

I think an actual AKM? I stuffed that sucker into my backpack.

I logged in next day, and it was gone. And in its place, were five blood packs, three morhpines, and an epi pen.

I recently started having some inventory glitches as well. Lost some meat, ammo, and a canteen.

My tent also glitched and ate a ton of medical supplies. Oh well, I'll just have to find more.

Backpacks are known to not always save properly.

When you join a server, it downloads your backpack to HIVE, and when you quit, it re-uploads it.

If there's network problems (like when script kiddes try their DDOS bullshit):

* the server can screw up the 'download' part, and either delete your stuff or give you incorrect stuff. When you next log-off, this incorrect backpack will be saved over your actual data in HIVE. If this happens, it's usually accompanied by you being teleported to the debug plains.

* the server can screw up the 'upload' part, and not actually save your backpack to HIVE. This means that next time you log in, your inventory will be correct, but your backpack will be as it was in a previous play-session, or even a previous life.

I'm not sure if it actually helps, but my current superstition to avoid the second case is to always, before logging off, press G (not on a loot pile), then Open Bag, then Close Bag. This seems to force-save your pack.

Not much you can do about this, but thankfully it's pretty darn rare now.

I found the body of a camper one time. He was lying on a road with an M24 and an MP5SD in his backpack. I looted his body. Mother----ing NVG'S! I took his NVG's and his M24, and got the hell out of there.

...when I next logged in, the M24 was gone. But the NVG were still in my backpack. So...wat.

And I'm willing to bet that, somewhere else in the world, someone was losing their fudge over their excellent medical supplies morphing into the most common AR in the game.

And I'm willing to bet that, somewhere else in the world, someone was losing their fudge over their excellent medical supplies morphing into the most common AR in the game.

It was a new life, and I needed an assault rifle to complement my remington flashlighted shotfun.

I already had blood bags and morphine though, so it wasn't so much a windfall as a 'where the f- did my assault rifle go? D: '

This happened to me as well. I swapped a alice pack for a czech pack and moved my akm plus ammo etc to it.

When i logged back in. Medical supplies.

This needs to go to the bug forums me thinks.

Could be that while you were loading into the game some replaced your meat with AKM mags.

I would be have been fine if it at least left one meat in there so i could have cooked it and lived, lol, I even had an AKM so i wasn't complaining about it, until i starved to death. Dam you game, taunting me with mass loot and killing me in the process

I've had an M4A1 duplicate within my backpack but it ate up all of my STANAG plus some other stuff.

I was carrying an M4 Holo/grenade launcher and a DMR in my pack to give back to my buddy after he died. When I logged back in the next day the M4 had completely disappeared and in it's place was basic supplies, uncooked meat, soda, Frank and Beans... Fuckin' thing SUCKS!
