Umm I'm kinda new and am wondering what the heck do epi-pens do?? Are they worth me keeping?

They are to use on someone who is unconscious. They bring them up. So if you do not have a partner or group, then they are useless.

You use epi-pens to "revive"/wake up unconscious players(not dead ones).

It might be assigned to a different key. Have you check your control options?

Actually, I've just had a thought that I can't test out because I'm not at home right now. Do you have to 'arm' your flashlight by cycling with 'F'?

I know you can make the flashlight a secondary weapon by rightclicking it in your belt and clicking remove just like you would do with a hatchet.

But I have done this and I still do not know myself how to actually turn it on.

They are very buggy. They only work at night apparently (I have not tested) and you need to have the torch in the secondary weapon slot and equipped.

I have found that ladders have a good chance of messing up weapons, including torches, where the gun is "equipped" but not usable and you cannot use the cross hairs. To fix this and the torch not working switch between weapons with "F" and if that does not work (most of the time it doesn't) right click on the torch and put it back on the toolbelt, then right click again and put it back as a secondary weapon.

So buggy, seems more of an Arma II problem though which is why it is so frustrating.

Cheers dears, I will faff around with it when I log back in shortly. I was playing at night at the time I bothered to actually try it, but no joy!

I doubt I'll ever use it tbh but its good to know things work as they should regardless

Using flashlight have the same lethal outcome as using road flares.. So i strongly advice against it.

But if you DO want a cone shaped arrow saying "shoot here"....

1. Equip it by right click in toolbelt.

2. Press L or whatever you have assigned it to.

The only time I've wanted to use my flashlight is to create a diversion whilst my buddy is stalking out of range :D

Don't write off the flashlight when it can be used to make people think you're an idiot
