Time and time zone: 11:01pm Central American Time

Name of Player: EllisIZGOD

What happened: We were running down the shore near cherno and we saw him spawn in with full army camo, and a coyote backpack, but no weapon, or other objects. This made me and my friend "who also witnessed this" believe that we hacked himself camo and a backpack directly after spawning. We took a PBX up to solnichniy and saw him and player "PEN15" (lol) near the gas station. this was only fifteen minutes later, and we went directly there on a boat so he must have teleported or respawned there with the same hacked loot. Thanks!
