They blocked it with a global ban despite the fact that they did not play with cheats.

I issued an Anti-cheat lock, there is a suspicion that this is due to a screen demonstration since the lock was issued instantly with a ban or it is an nvidia overlay on alt + z. https://steamcommunity.com/id/v0cha
the account used cheats (skinchanger) in cs go, but nothing was used in daze. What should I do now? I didn't play with cheats, but I was banned.
