Question about cheaters

Greetings, please tell me, is it normal when my friends and I on the second server, a person we can’t see throws grenades at our feet and kills us out of nowhere, and the question is that he is 100% playing with cheats. There is evidence in the form of video.
Please advise how to deal with this?

If its private server then you can send that video evidence to the local admin/server owner; They will investigate that. If its official server then try with official support platform ("Feedback" option in top menu here, then you create an account and then a ticket). Try to avoid official servers - these are not actively screened for cheaters, at least not by humans.

Thank you very much for the answer. It was an official server, so I asked if it was possible to somehow influence this.
