Banned for no reason ?

Hi, I've been banned like 15 minutes ago, game banned to be precise. Could you please tell me what the reason was if you have access to that? Because i want to know what exactly in my pc triggered the ban if that makes sense. I am not talking about cheats or whatever. I've heard of issues like this before, where someone uses your key or something like that, didn't quite understand.
