Quickbar's disappearing act

Like in the title. This issue is an old one - i remember it at least happening back in 2018 and it still going on. Very easy to reproduce. One needs to log off and log back in from the menu. Chance is that quickbar will not be visible and the toggle button for it won't respond. The only cure i found is terminating program and starting it again. This will do something to settings - usually the game is rewriting it. I've seen this bug on many different servers all over the world.

Go into game settings and turn off HUD from there. Close settings, then go back and turn on HUD.

It fixes it for me every time.

So i'm not alone with that... Dear Developers, this needs to be addressed. I think that 5-year old issue is old enough to be fixed.
