nemorus 266 Posted June 4 Like in the title. This issue is an old one - i remember it at least happening back in 2018 and it still going on. Very easy to reproduce. One needs to log off and log back in from the menu. Chance is that quickbar will not be visible and the toggle button for it won't respond. The only cure i found is terminating program and starting it again. This will do something to settings - usually the game is rewriting it.
