Siphon fuel from car wrecks

Add a siphon device so you can get fuel in other ways than just gas stations

Instead of going to town with your car and risk getting shot, now just pull up to any car wreck and extract fuel from them

Well, you can also find jerry cans. It may only be 20l of fuel but this is apocalypse. Fuel distributors should be out of order. There are mods that do exactly what you want. There is one in particular that is worth mentioning. The one that does limit fuel all over the map. And you also need power supply to use pumps. This in fact gives real purpose to power generators, batteries and chargers - items very much neglected.
